Teaching is one of the most important work in the world for many reasons one of these reason and one of it that teaching give us the technology that we use in daily life. Every success teacher is who increase the students motivation and ability to continue learning after leaving college, also success teacher who let students feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe in the class. On other hand teachers should have every year or academic year a training sessions to still updated and get experience how to deal with students to encourage them and let them feel safe, also training sessions give teachers solutions to solve many problems that may faced in the class when they explain their materials or in dealing with slow comprehension students. In addition online teaching give the teachers a new experience that may used in teaching in using many apps to give the information in many ways and follow them in the house to support their information and solve some problems by posting to them videos from many resources about the materials that they took in the class, so in these ways if any teacher follow them he will increase the quality of his students and encourage them to give the best result and it will affect in their teaching future. Finally " In learning you will teach, and in teaching you will learn."
